I am looking for a business loan or grant. I am new to this and am hoping someone can direct me in the right direction. I am a 36 vyr old female wanting to start a business in my community. From what I've found so far is that most sites want a fee, however these places send you a CD then no results. Is there sites that cut all the wasted time out?  Thanks in advance for your help!!
